At HeySa Everyday, we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Below, you’ll find all the details about our shipping process:  

**Shipping Locations**  
- We ship worldwide from Belgium.  
- Customers within Europe can benefit from faster delivery times and lower shipping costs.  

**Shipping Costs**  
- **Belgium**: €4.95 (free shipping on orders over €50).  
- **Europe**: Starting at €7.95, depending on the destination (free shipping on orders over €100).  
- **Outside Europe**: Rates are calculated at checkout.   **Processing Time**  
- Orders are processed within 1-5 business days.  
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.  

**Delivery Times**  
- **Belgium**: 1-3 business days after shipping.  
- **Europe**: 3-7 business days after shipping.  
- **International**: 7-15 business days, depending on the destination.  

*Note*: Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.  

 **Damage or Loss During Shipping**  
We package your crystals with care to prevent damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at Heysacrystals@gmail.com. Be sure to include photos of the damage and the packaging.
