We hope you’re happy with your purchase! However, if you change your mind, you can return your order.  

 **Return Conditions**  
- Return requests must be submitted within **14 days of receiving your order**.  
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.  

 **Non-Returnable Items**  
- Opened or damaged products.  
- Custom-made or personalized items.  
- Crystal Confetti or other curated bundles.  

 **How to Return a Product**  
1. Contact us at Heysacrystals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.  
2. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.  
3. Package the item securely and send it back at your own cost.  

 **Refunds**  
- Once we receive and inspect your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within **7 business days**.  
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
