  • I ship worldwide from Belgium.
  • Customers within Europe can benefit from faster delivery times and lower shipping costs.

Shipping Costs

  • Belgium: €4.95 (free shipping on orders over €50).
  • Europe: Starting at €7.95, depending on the destination (free shipping on orders over €100).
  • Outside Europe: Rates are calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Times

  • Belgium: 1-3 business days after shipping.
  • Europe: 3-7 business days after shipping.
  • International: 7-15 business days, depending on the destination.

Note: Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Damage or Loss During Shipping

I package your crystals with care to prevent damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours at heysacrystals@gmail.com. Be sure to include photos of the damage and the packaging.

Return Policy

I hope you’re happy with your purchase! However, if you change your mind, you can return your order.

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or damaged products.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Crystal Confetti or other curated bundles.

How to Return a Product

  1. Contact me at heysacrystals@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. I’ll provide instructions and the return address.
  3. Package the item securely and send it back at your own cost.

Refunds

  • Once I receive and inspect your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
